ABOUT — ORIGIN

WE DO'NT AROUND.
NEITHER SHOULD YOUR GEARS.

QEVORK turns nine years of metallurgy and dimensional-calculation fieldwork into software that treats every micron the way the shop floor already does — like it matters.

01 — THE GAP

The spreadsheet doesn't pay for the scrap

On the shop floor, error has a price tag. Conventional spreadsheets and manual dimensioning methods produce production burrs, slow setups, and wasted capital — because a formula copied from a textbook doesn’t know your tolerance grade, your tool wear, or your backlash regime.

QEVORK exists to close that gap: to put ISO 6336-grade rigor directly in the hands of the people cutting the metal, not just the people signing off on the drawing.

02 — The Engineer

Built by someone with skin in the cut

Abimarc Amorim de Brito spent nine years in metallurgy and complex dimensional calculations before founding QEVORK to turn that field-tested judgment into software that scales. This isn’t outsourced code wrapped around borrowed formulas — every solver, every tolerance check, every line of Python was written by the same person who has stood at a CMM table waiting for a number to confirm what their gut already suspected.

QEVORK exists to close that gap: to put ISO 6336-grade rigor directly in the hands of the people cutting the metal, not just the people signing off on the drawing.

Team

One engineer. Every solver, every screen, same author — nothing here is a committee compromise.

03 — The Mission

Engineering rigor, compiled

QEVORK’s mission is to build software and algorithms that raise industrial productivity — fusing the discipline of traditional engineering practice (SolidWorks, ISO 9001) with the leverage of Python automation and applied AI.

This isn’t a research toy. It’s production tooling, held to the same standard the shop floor already holds itself to.

04 — What We Do

Three ways this shows up

Gear OS

Desktop engineering software

A PyQt6 desktop application computing spur and helical gear geometry, contact analysis, and fatigue life to ISO 6336, AGMA 2001-D04, and DIN 3990 — three tiers, so you pay for the analysis depth you actually need.

Automation

Industrial automation

Scripts and internal tooling focused on OEE gains and setup-time reduction — the unglamorous automation that turns a changeover from a coffee break into a rounding error.

Standard

Decisive precision

Built for designers who don’t accept margin of error — because “close enough” on a gear tooth is a warranty claim waiting to happen.

QEVORK: where mechanics meets the compiler.
